Why Lauren Campbell photography?
I am a highly experienced and professional wedding photographer with many years under my belt.
My aim is to capture your story exactly how you envision it, I work with my couples closely to achieve the look and dream that they desire. After all the amount of time, effort and planning that goes into each wedding is enormous and I love to capture every detail that has been meticulously planned to perfection.
With all my packages I offer an pre-wedding shoot to get to know you both, to help you both feel relaxed with me but also in front of the camera and to build that all important rapport. After all I will be with you for a large part of your wedding day so it important that we have a good relationship.
After your wedding we will work closely together to make your wedding albums, prints or wall art. So I will effectively be part of the early planning right through until after your day.
Why do you have two photographers? Are you the main photographer?
Yes I (Lauren) will be your main photographer on your day, my second shooter will also be there to help me but also to capture extra footage.
Having two highly skilled photographers there to capture you day comes with many benefits. We work together to ensure we capture the love and joy of your wedding day as unobtrusively as possible. Having two photographers means that we capture more footage, can be in two different places at the same time, can capture your ceremony/ speeches/ personal images at two different viewpoints and we can also shoot a lot more candid moments.
My aim is to capture your love story of your day and having two of us we can really tell that story more effectively.
What is the booking process?
The process begins with checking my availability. To do this simply send over an email or contact request on my website and I will get back to you.
If I am available I will send over my pricing guide and schedule an appointment to come out to my studio to view my work, albums, usbs etc and I can talk through my packages or make a package to suit your requirements.
If you would like to book that’s great we fill out all the relevant paper work and get the booking fee sorted.
If you want to take some time to discuss with your partner that is also great! I can always post out the paper work if you want to go ahead with the booking.
How soon should we book?
I have my wedding diary open two years ahead, so at the moment until 2023. I suggest to book ASAP, I get booked up very quickly especially during the summer months.
What is the booking fee?
The booking fee is what secure your date and is deducted from your final balance.
The booking fee currently is £250.
When do we pay the remaining balance?
Your remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. However if you wish to pay your balance earlier than this that is not a problem.
What happens next?
Once all the booking forms have been filled out and the booking fee paid. We then schedule your pre-wedding shoot, and I talk you both through what to expect from myself over the coming months.
What is your turn around time for our images?
My turn around time between spring and summer Is 8-10 weeks and between autumn and winter 6-8 weeks.
What is the turn around time for our album(s)?
Once you are happy with your album design and layout and have agreed to sent to print, this takes around 4-6 weeks to be made.
I use a special fine art album company based here in the uk, who hand make all albums and the meticulous attention to detail means that the turn around time is slightly longer from your average album company.
