J and C were married in July in what could be described as the wettest day I’ve ever seen in a july month. The rain was so heavy you can see the rain drops hitting the ground and splash back up in one of the images of Jenni arriving to the church.
Jenni went to her parents house in rhu to get ready with her gorgeous bridesmaids and as i was greeted into the family home laughter could be heard all around the house. I found the girls being pampered by having there hair and make up by the fantastic Jennifer at Jennifer Thomson hair.
Once everyone was dressed jenni made her entrance into the front room where her dad was waiting to see his little girl in her beautiful wedding gown. All i can say is there was not a dry eye in the house even i was bubbling behind the camera as her dad was filled with emotion. Jenni was an absolutely stunning bride and her dress was just perfect.
I then went over to the beautiful church in cardross which is hiding in amongst the trees in such a beautiful setting. Cedric was as calm as ever as he awaited the arrival of his beautiful jenni. Jenni braved the rain and flowed into this gorgeous church to meet her beau at the bottom of the aisle. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and was conducted by her uncle which made this joining of families all the more special.
After the ceremony the rain decided to break and shifted away giving us just enough time to capture the lavender toss over the beautiful couple and also some portraits before we headed over to the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel. After a beautiful cocktail reception they all then headed in for an exquisite wedding breakfast and the cutting of the cake which jenni had baked herself. Cedric carried jenni into the wedding breakfast which was absolutely fantastic.
The speeches were also amazing, Jenni’s dad had prepared his speech in french for cedrics family so they could read what he was saying about the wonderful couple. Cedrcis mum then got up and said her speak in english which was a lovely touch for the family.
Before the reception we then took a walk down to Luss pier where i was able to capture some beautiful images just before the rain started again.
Mr and Mrs Henaux had such a spectacular day and i am so privileged to be able to share these beautiful images from their day.
