One Devonshire Garden Wedding

Emma and Steve’s micro lockdown wedding was utterly devine. They choose to have a small and intimate wedding at the stunning One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgows west end.

It’s hard to believe that back in April we could only have a 5 person wedding. But this was what Emma and Steve had to comply with in order to get married so they went ahead and still managed to have the most spectacular day.

Emma’s bridesmaids had surprised her on the morning of her wedding with a beautiful morning brunch in her house as she got her hair and make up done. Her mum and dad then arrived in a beautiful car to drive her to One Devonshire gardens to meet and marry Steve who was patiently waiting on Emma arriving.

The ceremony was very intimate and personal just what they were both looking for, as Steve didn’t like the idea of having a huge wedding so this was perfect for them both. Once the ceremony was over they walked outside to family and friends waiting to congratulate the newly weds on their nuptials.

This was my first time at One Devonshire gardens and I hope to go back there as it is an absolutely stunning venue and they couldn’t do more for them both. They had booked an over night stay in a beautiful suite with champagne waiting on them since they couldn’t have a proper reception.

Although the restrictions in place at the time were not ideal, Emma and Steve made the most of their day and had the most spectacular day that they deserved.
